• Within one year of purchase, the service includes two rounds of testing for the organization’s email accounts.
• Each account will undergo five social engineering email tests, covering body content, attachments, and embedded links.

Testing Scope

• Social engineering emails will feature at least three different content types, such as gossip, entertainment, health, finance, adult themes, novelty, or current events.
• The service records recipient behaviors, including email opens and link clicks on social engineering content.

Analysis Report

• Includes comprehensive statistical charts showing overall results, breakdowns by content type and group, as well as ranked statistical tables detailing test content, classifications, and outcomes.
• Provides an email delivery schedule.
• Records participant behaviors such as email opens and link clicks on social engineering emails, with non-human triggers filtered out.
• Captures detailed timestamps of when each participant opened or clicked.
• Calculates and presents metrics including email open rates and click-through rates for social engineering emails.

      Social Engineering Email Trigger Metrics:

• Open Rate: Number of participants who opened social engineering emails ÷ total participants.
• Click-Through Rate: Number of participants who clicked links or opened attachments in social engineering emails ÷ total participants.
